Completely. Your photos are yours — we never sell them, license them, or post them anywhere without asking you first. Everything you send goes into a private, access-controlled folder for your order that only the designer laying out your book can open, and it is used for exactly one thing: making your piece. We keep the files for 7 days after dispatch so we can reprint if something is damaged in transit or you want a second copy — after that window your original high-resolution photos and print files are permanently deleted from our storage.
Every piece is personalised and made only for you, so once dispatched it can't be returned or refunded. That's exactly why you approve every page before we print. Damaged in transit? Send unboxing photos within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
